Bizora January Product Update: Smarter File Handling, Xero Integration, and Improved Tax Research Accuracy

January marks an important step forward for Bizora users. This release focuses on improving how you work with documents, increasing research accuracy for complex tax questions, and making it easier to verify every answer with trusted source material.

From deeper file integration inside the AI Assistant to a new Xero connection, these updates are designed to reduce friction in daily tax research workflows and help users move faster with confidence.

Here is a complete breakdown of what’s new.

Bizora January Product Update

Attach Vault Files Directly Inside the AI Assistant

Bizora users can now upload documents to the Vault and attach those same files directly inside the AI Assistant while asking questions.

Instead of switching between tools or summarizing documents manually, users can ask questions directly against uploaded files and receive responses that reflect the actual content of those documents. This creates a smoother research experience and allows Bizora to work directly with IRS notices, prior returns, court opinions, client documents, and internal workpapers.

This update improves accuracy because the AI is no longer relying only on general context. It is now grounded in the exact file the user provides, which helps reduce misinterpretation and improves confidence in the answers returned.

Xero Integration

Bizora is now integrated with Xero.

Users with a Xero account can import financial data directly into Bizora and attach it within the application. There is no longer a need to download files from Xero and re-upload them manually.

This integration reduces unnecessary steps, keeps financial data aligned with tax research, and improves documentation quality. For firms that rely on Xero for bookkeeping and reporting, this creates a more connected workflow between accounting data and tax analysis.

Deep Research Accuracy Improvements

We have significantly improved accuracy for highly complex tax research questions.

Bizora’s Deep Research engine now performs better when analyzing multi-layered scenarios involving multiple tax code sections, federal and state interactions, entity-level and individual overlap, and exception-heavy situations.

These improvements are designed to reflect how real tax research works in practice. Users working on advanced compliance, planning, and audit preparation can expect more reliable responses when dealing with complex questions that previously required extensive manual cross-checking.

Sources Section Enhancements

The Sources section has received major upgrades to improve transparency and verification.

Users can now view the original PDF that contains the tax rule, see the source origin clearly displayed, download documents for independent review, and ask questions directly against a specific source file.

Instead of relying only on summarized explanations, users can read the exact language of the tax authority and confirm how conclusions were reached. This keeps research defensible, traceable, and better documented for client-facing work.

Pricing Update

Pricing has been updated as part of this release.

The new structure reflects Bizora’s growing feature set while maintaining accessibility for solo practitioners and firms. Updated pricing details are available on the Bizora pricing page.

What This Means for Bizora Users

This January update is focused on three outcomes: reducing time spent managing files, improving confidence in complex research answers, and making verification easier.

File handling is now simpler, accounting data is better connected through Xero, deep research accuracy has improved for complex scenarios, and source transparency is stronger than before. Together, these changes help tax professionals move faster without sacrificing accuracy or documentation quality.

As tax season approaches, these improvements reduce administrative friction and allow users to focus more on analysis, planning, and client service.

This release reflects Bizora’s ongoing commitment to building a tax research platform that adapts to how professionals actually work. More updates are coming as we continue improving accuracy, transparency, and workflow efficiency across the platform.
