February Release Is Live: QuickBooks Integration, Smarter AI, and a More Powerful Bizora

We are excited to announce that our February release is officially live.

This update represents a major step forward in making Bizora more integrated, more intelligent, and more aligned with how modern tax professionals actually work. Every improvement in this release was shaped by direct user feedback and real workflow observations during busy season.

Below is a closer look at what is now available inside Bizora.

February Release Is Live: QuickBooks Integration, Smarter AI, and a More Powerful Bizora

Copy and Print Options Across the AI Assistant

One of the most consistent requests from users was simple but important. When the AI produces a high quality answer, memo, or explanation, you need to quickly move that work into client communications, documentation, or internal files.

We have now added Copy and Print options at multiple locations inside the AI Assistant. This makes it significantly easier to extract responses, share them with clients, and preserve tax positions in your workpapers.

Small workflow improvements compound over time. Saving even a few clicks per task makes a meaningful difference during peak filing periods.

QuickBooks Integration

Bizora now integrates directly with QuickBooks.

This integration brings your accounting data closer to your research and advisory workflows. Instead of jumping between systems, you can now analyze financial information and pair it with AI driven tax insights in one place.

The goal is not just connectivity. It is reducing friction. Tax professionals do not work in isolated silos, and your tools should not either. By integrating accounting data directly into Bizora, we are creating a more connected ecosystem for research, analysis, and advisory support.

Major File Upload Improvements

Document handling is central to tax work. That is why we invested heavily in improving file uploads in this release.

Bizora now supports uploading .jpg, .png, .csv, and .docx files. This expands the range of materials you can bring directly into the AI workflow, from financial exports to client correspondence to scanned documents.

We also refactored attachment placement. Files now appear directly inside the chat instead of sitting in the input box. This makes conversations cleaner, easier to follow, and more intuitive when reviewing prior exchanges.

In addition, drag and drop uploads are now enabled. You can simply pull documents into the chat and begin working immediately.

Together, these changes remove friction and help Bizora feel like a natural extension of your daily workflow.

Smarter Context and Deeper Reasoning

Behind the scenes, we have made significant improvements to AI accuracy and intelligence.

We enhanced context window handling so Bizora can better understand ongoing conversations and maintain continuity. User intent detection has also been improved, allowing the system to interpret what you are really trying to accomplish rather than just the literal phrasing of a question.

We also refined how Bizora predicts user needs. The assistant is now better at anticipating follow up considerations, identifying relevant tax issues, and providing more comprehensive responses.

Finally, we strengthened overall reasoning depth. Responses are clearer, more structured, and more aligned with professional tax analysis.

In short, Bizora is thinking more carefully and responding more intelligently.

Canvas Is Now Live

One of the most exciting additions in this release is Canvas.

Canvas allows you to draft memos or client emails directly inside Bizora. Instead of researching in one place and writing in another, you can now move seamlessly from analysis to polished communication.

This bridges the gap between research and deliverable. Tax professionals do not just find answers. They explain them. Canvas is designed to support that transition from insight to output.

Thank You for Building With Us

Every feature in this release was driven by conversations with users. The requests for copy functionality, the push for better document handling, the need for stronger reasoning depth, and the desire for tighter integrations all came from you.

Bizora continues to evolve because of that feedback.

We are committed to building a platform that does not just answer tax questions, but actively supports how modern firms operate. This February release is another step in that direction, and we are just getting started.

As always, we appreciate your trust and your input. Keep the feedback coming.
